I am Kristen, a Serial Entrepreneur, MBA graduate, other half, mom, dog and cat mom, and your coach. You can imagine how crazy my life can get, it can literally take so much energy that some mornings I laid in bed and thought how will I every get through this day? Hit the snooze and hoped the next time I woke up I would have a better strategy. Which never works, it just made my life even harder. It was a snowball effect from the minute my feet hit the floor until I was able to go back to bed. Then that all changed when I decided I was changing my life and that was that. I found my passion in coaching and helping others and wanted to live it! That is how we ended up here together.
What To Expect
Deciding was the one piece of the puzzle I was missing, once I made my mind up that was it! I went from overwhelmed feeling stressed out, wondering how I would ever accomplish anything that day, to having a plan and sticking to it. Becoming who I knew I was and what I am meant to do while being totally authentic doing it. Part of this success comes from strategies I will teach you in this course, part was from hard work and the help of a coach who kept me on track and motivated to change the rest, good ol’ grit. The kind you have that is like sand in a wound. Pushing you, trying to get you to quit but still your are trucking on because it is indeed the last moment of the entire season that you will get to experience this feeling!
